Nabila El Hadi founds Talentys Group, a data governance and compliance consultancy serving Fortune 500 enterprises across EMEA. The team accumulates deep expertise in enterprise data challenges across banking, energy, and government sectors.

2025

The Pattern Emerges

Across hundreds of engagements, Mustapha Fonsau identifies a critical gap: enterprises lose 40-60% of institutional knowledge when key employees leave. The idea for ArcaQ crystallizes.

2026

ArcaQ Launched Patent Filed

26 patent claims filed with OMPIC (N 74128, Sovereign Decision Intelligence SDI). PCT and EPO filings in progress. R&D center established in Layoune, Morocco.

Global Expansion GITEX Africa & Beyond

Nabila El Hadi brings 15+ years of strategic data governance leadership across Fortune 500 enterprises in EMEA. As founder of Talentys Group (2010, Paris), she built deep expertise in enterprise compliance frameworks including GDPR, CNDP, NDMO, and HIPAA. Her vision: a world where critical institutional knowledge is preserved as sovereign infrastructure, not dependent on cloud vendors or key personnel.

Chief Information Officer, Inventor & Co-Founder

Mustapha Fonsau is the architect behind ArcaQ's Sovereign Decision Intelligence platform (OMPIC patent N 74128) and the inventor of the Certified Augmented Generation (CAG) framework. With 18+ years in enterprise data architecture, he designed the multi-agent system that achieves 99.9% semantic precision making AI hallucinations a solved problem. His work spans knowledge graphs, temporal workflow orchestration, and air-gapped AI deployment for defense-grade environments.
