Build Sovereign AI with Us

The Vision: ArcaQ & Sovereign Decision Intelligence

AI depends on data, and data depends on sovereignty. Sovereign Decision Intelligence (SDI) gives organizations control of both. ArcaQ is a platform that gives organizations total control of their data assets and decision processes — with zero public-cloud dependency.

By integrating with the OpenMetadata and Collate ecosystem, ArcaQ connects technical metadata with strategic sovereignty. We're looking for a GTM Specialist who understands that data is the ultimate instrument of power and autonomy for modern organizations.

Your Mission: Evangelist, Strategist & Connector

• Community Leadership: Drive ArcaQ's presence in the global OpenMetadata community. Engage contributors and users to showcase how SDI complements the modern data stack.
• Thought Leadership: Create and publish high-level analyses on why Data Sovereignty is critical for the next generation of CEOs and CDOs.
• Ecosystem Growth: Identify and build partnerships with European and African stakeholders interested in Collate and SDI solutions.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze competitive landscape and identify "sovereignty gaps" in existing solutions that ArcaQ can fill.
• Lead Generation: Convert digital influence and community interactions into high-value Proof of Concepts (POCs).

Candidate Profile

• Education: Final year of a Grande École (Business or Engineering, Bac+5).
• Languages: Fluent English required (C1/C2 level) for international community engagement. Perfect French required.
• Mindset: A "Consultant" mindset capable of understanding complex technical architectures and translating them into business value.
• Remote Ready: You're disciplined, proactive, and thrive in a 100% remote environment.
• MDM Spirit: We highly value the global perspective of the Moroccan Diaspora and its ability to bridge international markets.

Why ArcaQ?

• Pioneer the SDI Movement: Work on one of the most defining topics in tech today.
• Direct Path to Full-Time: High-performing interns will be fast-tracked to roles as GTM Manager or Partnership Lead.
• Full Remote: Work from Paris or Rabat with total flexibility and results-oriented culture.
