SCAG

ArcaQ feature

§1 — What SCAG does

SCAG is a real-time context layer that reshapes the graph display to foreground relevant knowledge.

Context-aware node ranking

Scores each node for relevance to your current document, conversation or task.

Automatic focus change

Opens a note or file? SCAG re-centres the graph around contextually relevant subgraphs.

Temporal decay model

Relevance scores decay over time — a sliding attention window keeps context fresh.

Patent-protected mechanics

The adaptive graph weighting algorithm is part of ArcaQ's core patent portfolio.

Zero configuration

SCAG activates automatically. No rules to write, no taxonomies to maintain.

SPARQL-native context queries

Context signals are SPARQL queries enriched with session metadata. Recomputed in milliseconds.

§2 — SCAG context signals

SCAG reads four types of context signal to compute relevance scores.

Current document

Entities mentioned in the open note receive highest weight.

Recent queries

The last 5 searches boost nearby graph nodes.

Active collection

If a collection is open, its members are promoted in the graph view.

Recency of edits

Nodes connected to recently edited notes receive a freshness bonus in scoring.
