You agree to use ArcaQ services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the services in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
4. Intellectual Property
ArcaQ and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the platform, including but not limited to:
- 26 patent claims filed under USPTO, PCT, OMPIC, and EPO
- Software, algorithms, and methodologies
- Trademarks, logos, and brand elements
- Documentation and training materials
5. Data Ownership
In accordance with our commitment to data sovereignty:
- You retain full ownership of all data you process through ArcaQ
- Your data remains on your infrastructure at all times
- We do not access, process, or store your operational data
- Knowledge graphs and models you create are your property
6. Warranty Disclaimer
ARCAQ SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARCAQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ArcaQ and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
